Privacy notice and data-processing policy
Controller and contact
LiDARit S.A.S., Colombia, is the controller of the data received through the Jolly FinanceOps form. For questions, updates, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of consent, write to andres@lidarit.com.
Data and purpose
We receive your name, company or firm, email, optional WhatsApp number, type of operation, plan of interest, what you want to do and an optional message. We use them only to schedule the demo, send the invoice or proposal for the chosen plan, talk about the accountant program and contact the requester. At this stage we don't request sensitive data, information about minors, bank statements, credentials, tax documents or financial figures.
Processing, access and retention
Data is collected, stored, accessed and deleted with restricted access. Cloud infrastructure may process it outside Colombia under contractual and technical controls. Requests are kept for up to 180 days; if a business relationship begins, onboarding will define a separate authorization and terms for operational information. The site uses only one functional cookie, jolly_lang, to remember your language choice.
Decision and contact
A request does not produce automatic acceptance or rejection. A person reviews it. The authorization covers contact related to this request; it does not authorize marketing campaigns unrelated to Jolly FinanceOps.
Rights
The data subject may know, access, update, correct and request deletion of their data, withdraw consent where applicable and submit questions or complaints. This policy and any material changes are available at this same URL.
This notice applies to the public form. Processing a client's accounting documents requires a separate onboarding agreement.
