Data entry and posting
Reads the electronic invoices that arrive in your inbox, posts them with VAT and withholding, and links the source document to every entry.
AI-run accounting operations · Colombia
Jolly receives your electronic invoices, posts every transaction, issues support documents to the DIAN (Colombia's tax authority), reconciles your banks, loads payments and social-security contributions for your approval, and closes the month with financial statements. You pay a fixed monthly plan based on your volume: no more manual data entry or late closes.
Jolly runs Colombian accounting (DIAN) for companies operating in Colombia, including Colombian entities of US and other foreign companies. The demo and the team can work with you in English.

What your team stops doing
Jolly does the operational work end to end. Your team keeps the decisions.
Reads the electronic invoices that arrive in your inbox, posts them with VAT and withholding, and links the source document to every entry.
Matches every line of your bank statements against your books and shows you only what doesn't tie out.
Prepares your electronic invoices and purchase support documents and transmits them to the DIAN using your company's authorization.
Calculates supplier payments and PILA social-security filings and loads them in your bank. You approve them.
Calculates withholding tax, VAT and ICA and leaves drafts ready for your accountant to review and sign.
Closes the month with financial statements and a management report, and answers you in chat: cash, payables, spend by supplier.
Jolly prepares and loads; it doesn't approve. You approve payments in your bank, with your own users. Your accountant reviews and signs tax filings. Tax judgment calls and any exception go to a person.

Frequently asked questions
Not today. Jolly runs Colombian accounting under DIAN rules. If your company has a Colombian entity, Jolly can run that entity's books. For anything else, write to us and the team will tell you honestly whether we can help.
No. Your accountant reviews, adjusts judgment calls and signs. Jolly takes over data entry, posting, reconciliation and chasing source documents.
Not on day one. The first month runs in parallel. If the numbers tie out, you can drop it, as we did, or keep it; we decide during implementation based on your software.
In the bank, Jolly uses a user that can only load payments; approval stays with your users. With the DIAN it acts under the authorization your company defines. We never ask for passwords by email or chat.
In a separate space for your company in LiDARit's cloud, with restricted access. We sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving the first file.
Every entry links to its source document and exceptions go to a person. No payment or tax filing goes out without human approval, and the parallel month exists so you can compare before relying on Jolly.
The signature of the accountant or statutory auditor (revisor fiscal), the annual income-tax return and exogenous-information reporting, which are quoted separately, and the money for payments and taxes, which leaves your account with your approval.
Because the main cost of the service, AI and cloud, is paid in dollars. In Colombia we invoice in pesos at the TRM on the invoice date, with VAT.
